Researchers at the University of Iowa in the U.S. released in 2013
According to Artritis Care & Research,
The same arthritis patient said, "If your thigh muscles are strong, you feel less pain."

This is the result of a more than five-year follow-up of 2,404 patients with arthritis.
Especially for women, women with a strong femoral head in the front of their thighs.
Compared to women who do not, knee pain levels are 28 percent lower.

Also, according to a Danish study, people who have less than 60 centimeters around their thighs are not as tall as their thighs.
People who don't are twice as likely to have heart disease as those who don't.

Especially, if your thighs get thinner at the age of middle age, the red light on your health will be on.

How will the thinner the thighs affect the body?

1. It's easy to get diabetes.

Most diabetics have poor thighs.
This has nothing to do with obesity or protrusion of ships.

On the contrary, people who do not have diabetes often have thick thighs even if their stomachs are bulky.

Diabetes is a disease where glucose consumed is not properly used and blood sugar remains high.
And it is the thigh muscles that consume the most glucose.
The thigh muscles are known to consume about 70 percent of the glucose consumed.

2. Fat builds up in blood vessels and organs.

As Danish researchers have said, people with a thigh circumference of less than 60 centimeters are twice as likely to develop heart disease.

The Severance Hospital in Korea analyzed 15,000 people.
A decrease in muscle mass resulted in a four-fold increase in the rate of interfat occurrence.

Basically, the organ that consumes energy is the muscle.
When muscles are reduced, unconsumed energy can go to the liver and accumulate into fat and develop fatty liver.

The thigh muscles account for about half of the body's muscle mass.
Therefore, if your thighs shrink and your muscles shrink, of course your energy consumption will drop.

If you're overweight, and you don't have adult diseases like hyperlipidemia, but you have fatty liver,
Thin thighs may be the cause.

The excess fat floats not only in the liver but also in the blood vessels.
Eventually, thigh circumference is closely related to vascular diseases such as high blood pressure, cerebral infarction and myocardial infarction.

The joint study by Yonsei University and the National Health Promotion Institute found that
The thicker the thighs, the lower the neutral fat level.
Healthy cholesterol levels have been shown to increase.

How do you build up your thigh muscles?

It would be nice if I could build up thigh muscles with food I eat.
Unfortunately, there is no such food yet.

The only way to build up thigh muscles is lower body exercise.
