[Korea] Corona19 increased by 104 yesterday to 9,241...131 deaths and 4,144 complete teeth

A total of 9,241 confirmed cases of coronavirus infection (Korona 19) in Korea were confirmed on Wednesday.

The Central Anti-Disaster Countermeasures Headquarters said the number of confirmed Korona19 cases as of midnight rose by 104 from midnight the previous day. The number of new confirmed people per day remained triple-digit, following 100 the previous day.

The number of cases of Korona19 entering the country has increased as the global trend of the new system has led to a total of 284 cases that have been confirmed as having entered the country since the investigation has ended so far. Among them, a total of 131 confirmed cases have been confirmed in quarantine.

Of the 104 people who were newly confirmed yesterday, 30 were found during quarantine. Previously, 20 people were classified as confirmed in quarantine on Sunday and 34 on Monday.

By region, 38 of the new confirmed cases came from Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province. The Seoul metropolitan area has a total of 28 people, including 14 in Gyeonggi Province, 13 in Seoul and one in Incheon. Six others were confirmed in Daejeon and one each in Incheon, North Chungcheong and South Chungcheong Province.

Daegu has the largest number of cumulative confirmed cases by region with 6,482, followed by North Gyeongsang Province with 1,274. There were 401 matches, 36 in Seoul, 124 in South Chungcheong Province, 112 in Busan, 90 in South Gyeongsang Province, 44 in Sejong, 43 in Incheon, 39 in North Chungcheong Province, 37 in Ulsan, 31 in Gangwon Province, 30 in Daejeon, 19 in Gwangju, 10 in North Jeolla Province, eight in South Jeolla Province and six in Jeju.

By gender, 5,643 women (61.06 percent) were confirmed in Korea, compared with 3,598 men (38.94 percent).
